Association for Conflict Resolution Houston

The Association for Conflict Resolution Houston Chapter, a 501c3, is comprised of mediators, lawyers, arbitrators, doctors, facilitators, administrators, psychologists, peace makers, ombudsmen, negotiators, academics, police officers, and many more professionals. ACR uniquely networks professionals interested in communication skills to resolve conflict.

Membership benefits include monthly networking opportunities, workshops, skill-based seminars, fabulous speakers, and professional development. No matter which professional that you practice, ACR can give you the professional edge to understand and resolve conflict.

Houston ACR Theme for 2008: Community Connections and Conflict Resolution *Coming events....* Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation will hold its annual conference in Santa Barbara, California, from pre-conference August 22 to 24th to main sessions from August 25th until August 26th. Lisa Haapaniemi ! Lisa Haapaniemi, a graduated senior from Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart and freshman at Boston University, is the 2007-2008 Houston student delegate to ACR.
