We are preparing to conduct an Appreciative Inquiry (AI) session at the next ACR Houston chapter meeting on 5th May 2009. Not all of you will be able to attend the meeting so we are planning to conduct some AI interviews by phone with those who are interested in participating. In addition we are canvassing everyone by e-mail to ensure we get the widest possible input on how ACR Houston might move forward as well as setting the stage for the AI sessions. So whether or not you intend to participate in an AI session please give us your response to the following questions and return them to the address above.
1. Describe an occasion when an organization to which you belonged made you glad to be a member?
2. What was it about that organization at that time that produced such a reaction?
3. Think about the people that made it happen and describe what they did to cultivate those circumstances?
4. What were your hopes and aspirations for joining ACR or any similar organization?
5. If ACR Houston chapter had unlimited resources what one thing would you wish they could accomplish?
6. When you think about ACR Houston at its best what 3 things do you consider most important for the future?
